Biography
I’m a Knoxville native who received my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Retail & Consumer Science from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. For the next 20 years, I worked as a tenure-track and tenured faculty member at other universities and worked in the industry. In my current role, I teach courses, provide academic and career advising and mentorship, supervise interns, and coordinate academic affairs for both Retail & Merchandising Management and Hospitality and Tourism Management. I am very honored to be able to work at my alma mater and pay forward what the retail program did for me.
