How to Register for The Preservation Kitchen

Where:  UT Visitor’s Center

Time:  10 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Class Size:  Limit of 12 participants per class

Age Requirement:  18 years or older

Dress Requirements:  Must wear closed toe shoes. Aprons will be provided but please wear clothing appropriate for working in a hot kitchen environment where you may come in contact with steam, hot water, vegetable or fruit juices which may stain.

What to Bring: Your fresh produce or fruit you wish to can, canning jars, canning lids with bands, seasonings and preservatives such as salt, sugar, spices, etc.
