Wanda M. Costen, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
My research interests include race and gender inequality in organizations, managing diversity, and strategic human resources. My current research projects include exploring the relationships among race/ethnicity, gender, and employee job satisfaction, and retention issues for ethnic minority college students. I am also working on a project to explore the relationship between college preparatory experiences and urban African-American high school students' self-efficacy.
